You must be at least 13 years old to use Zapik. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have parental consent to use our App.

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the App

• Food Recommendations: We do not provide medical or dietary advice. Consult healthcare professionals for dietary restrictions or health concerns
• Weather and Location: Our contextual data comes from third-party sources and may not always be accurate
• Financial Decisions: Price estimates and availability information may be outdated or incorrect
• Personal Preferences: Our AI learns from your patterns but may not always predict your preferences correctly

8. Subscription and Payment Terms

8.1 Free and Premium Features

Zapik offers both free and premium features. Premium features may require a subscription.

8.2 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store
• Refunds are handled according to the app store's policies
• Subscription features may change over time with notice

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

9. Termination

You may stop using Zapik at any time and delete your account through the app settings.

• Zapik is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Zapik in the 12 months before the claim
• We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or actions based on our recommendations

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Zapik or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication. For formal disputes, the courts of Madrid, Spain, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Some updates may be required for continued use of the App.
